Dear Astral Guardians
After a long wait, longer than we all expected, the April Patch was finally released.
Though we asked you to remain patient so that we could provide a clean and bug-free patch, some of you have still experienced unforeseen issues despite all our best efforts and the delayed release. For this inconvenience, we sincerely apologize. We are happy to announce that our team, in coordination with X-Legend, has finally solved these issues, leaving the players free to explore the new content without any more inconvenience.
We also want to take the time to thank the players who helped us solve these issues by reporting them and describing precisely how it happened. It considerably helped our investigations and advanced the date by which the issues were solved. We sincerely thank you for your continuous support and patience while the issues got permanently fixed.
We are also happy to have seen many new players joining us during this time. As further content is planned for the game, we encourage you to find your way and get ready for the next updates. Join the community, master the classes, find your guild, fight other players in the Arena and work your way up through acquiring powerful gear and companions.
After several shifts within the game team made to contribute to a global effort, we are back on track and once more fully-dedicated to YOU the community. Furthermore, we are glad to announce that we are planning to have a more regular patch schedule. We have now received the first version of the next patch, and we want to take the time to test it properly. With that in mind, we cannot give you a precise ETA for the moment: we are careful with these now : ) Rest assured that we will make sure to communicate any progress on that end as we go so stay tuned to our social media/streams to receive all the latest update!
This is all for now, as a bonus, we will soon ask you to give your opinions about your own Wish Astral Puzzle. The best suggestions will find their place into a puzzle that you better get ready for!
