Levi and Zilda in Maplewood Glen (330, 431)
Levi's Senshi Contracts are obtainable by giving starstone shards to Zilda in Maplewood Glen (330, 431). Zilda accepts starstone fragments between levels 38–68, and will give 1 Shaman's Jewel Gift Box in return. She accepts exchanges up to 3 times per day, and the count resets at 6:00 AM server time.
Each Shaman's Jewel Gift Box has a random chance of containing 1–3 Shaman's Blessed Pearls. Once a player has 35 of them, they can exchange the pearls, plus a fee of 10 gold, for one of Levi's Senshi Contracts. 10 contracts are required Levi to officially join a player's entourage.
It may take over a week for a player to collect enough pearls to exchange for one Senshi Contract. Unlocking Levi can be sped up by using multiple characters on the same account; however, this will require repeating the main quest up to level 40 in order to access the Maplewood Glen map. Moreover, Shaman's Blessed Pearls cannot be traded via the shared bank, so each character must accumulate them alone.
